I can’t wait to run my hands over a flat tummy. I can’t wait to be able to walk without my thighs touching. I can’t wait to be able to see my collar bone. I can’t wait to have skinny wrists and arms. I can’t wait to get a smaller waist. I can’t wait to be able to wear big sweaters. I can’t wait to be able to wear leggings. I can’t wait to feel comfortable in dresses. I can’t wait to feel comfortable with showing my legs. I can’t wait to be confident. I just can’t wait to be…skinny.
waking up in the winter, your small body tucked in a blanket and the warm grip of your partner, getting up, dressing in layers of cute clothes and still look so beautiful and skinny, your small hands wrapped around a hot mug of tea, and you’ll stand in front of the mirror and just be happy with what you see, and you’ll know what you worked so hard to achieve?
And can you imagine, getting up in the summer, light as a feather, the heat doesn’t even bother you anymore because you don’t get hot as quickly as before? And you step on the scale without worrying because you know, you’ve surpassed your goal weight and you’re in control. And you walk to your closet and just put on whatever you want because you look pretty in everything and you can finally wear the outfits you’ve wanted to be able to wear all these years. And you go out and have fun and can sit down with your friends without being self conscious about how you look all the time. And you'lI be so proud and happy. And your tattoos will look amazing on you, they’ll envy you. You’ll be finally happy.

Feet together, thighs apart. The collar bones are where we start. Count the ribs and feel the hips. That’s what makes us skinny, bitch.
One. You weight yourself and you promise that you will never get fatter than you are now. You acknowledge the problem: you eat too much, you don’t eat clean and don’t exercise enough.
Two. Are you gonna get to your goal weight from one day to another? No. It’s gonna take some time. But if all those girls you reblog as thinspo goals can do it, you can too. It isn’t going to be easy but it’s not impossible.
Three. The sooner you start, the sooner you are going to get there. So, today is gone. The only thing you can do is stop eating for the day. Skip dinner, wake up thinner.
Four. No more self hate. Yes, you don’t look like you would want to look. Your body isn’t the body that you would like to have, but love it anyway. Love it so much that you are going to make it look delicate, thin, classy, graceful, cute… everything you’ve ever wanted. Love yourself because you are going to do this for yourself only.
Five. One day at a time. Change your mindset and everything will be easier. Set week goals. Set week schedules. This time you will make it. You’ll reach your ugw. You can totally do this. Believe in yourself.
